Ashleigh grew up in Haymarket, Virginia, just outside Washington, DC, and has spent five years at Hooters of Chantilly. She has shot the Official Hooters Calendar in four different states, runs an online boutique on the side, and will happily tell you about Italy in Italian despite never having been. We caught up with Ashleigh to talk sisterhood, spicy garlic, and what really goes into the "effortless" shot.
Hooters Favorites
Favorite Hooters menu item?
Naked wings tossed in spicy garlic, then finished on the grill. And our ranch. I could honestly eat that alone.
Go-to wing sauce?
Spicy Garlic.
Favorite part of being a Hooters Girl?
Finding my forever best friends. It truly is a sisterhood and a bond that is unforgettable. And it's always fun knowing we get to make someone's day, every day.
Favorite part of being a Hooters Calendar Girl?
Getting to represent Hooters in such a fun way, and being part of something I thought was SO cool when I first became a Hooters Girl. Also getting to meet girls from around the world and instantly having something in common. It's like gaining friends everywhere you go.
Best memory from the calendar shoot?
Honestly, the whole experience. I've now gotten to shoot in four different states for the calendar, and it always feels like one big girls' trip.
What's one thing about a calendar shoot people would be surprised by?
How much work goes into getting the "effortless" shot. It amazes me every time I get to watch the calendar team in action. Every little thing that goes into one photo would surprise you.
Just be you. I love how everyone is themselves, mainly because the calendar team makes you feel confident. But I believe being yourself is what will help you achieve your goals. Ashleigh's advice for future calendar girls

Anything else you'd like fans to know?
I have an online clothing boutique, August Row. I truly believe a big part of having the confidence to start it came from being part of the calendar and being a Hooters Girl. They helped me find a confidence I never thought I'd find.
