Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Adstaff Advertising & Marketing ("Adstaff," "we," "us," or "our"), publisher of the Official Hooters Calendar, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit hooterscalendar.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address. If you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message. If you are a Hooters Girl completing a "Meet the Girl" questionnaire, we collect the answers you choose to submit, which may include your name, Hooters location, Instagram handle, and personal interests, for the purpose of publishing a blog feature with your consent.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Site is intended for adults. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- To send email updates, release announcements, and promotions you signed up for
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To publish blog features for Hooters Girls who have submitted a questionnaire
- To understand how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our pages and advertising
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, or fraud
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Some are set by Squarespace, which hosts the Site, and are necessary for it to function. Others are set by third parties for analytics and advertising:
- Google Analytics. Measures traffic and how visitors use the Site. Google may set cookies and collect your IP address and usage data. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta Pixel. Helps us measure the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram and show ads to people who have visited the Site. Meta may associate this data with your Meta account. You can adjust ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences and review Meta's policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Squarespace. Sets functional and analytics cookies as our hosting platform. See squarespace.com/privacy.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the Site work. Where required by law, we display a cookie banner and honor your choices.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our email program, including Squarespace (hosting and email campaigns), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement). They may access information only to perform services for us.
- Published content. Information a Hooters Girl submits for a "Meet the Girl" feature is published on the Site and may be shared on our social channels, as agreed with her.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Adstaff, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If Adstaff or the Hooters Calendar business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner.
5. Email Communications
Our email list is managed through Squarespace Email Campaigns. We only email people who sign up on the Site. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but does not affect replies to a message you sent us.
6. Amazon and Outbound Links
The Hooters Calendar is sold on Amazon. "Buy" links on the Site take you to Amazon.com, where your purchase is handled entirely by Amazon under the Amazon Privacy Notice. We do not receive your payment, address, or account details from Amazon.
Affiliate disclosure. As an Amazon Associate, Adstaff Advertising & Marketing earns from qualifying purchases. Some links to Amazon on this Site are affiliate links, which means Amazon may pay us a commission at no additional cost to you.
The Site also links to Facebook, Instagram, hooters.com, and other third-party sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for making a request.
California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA, you may request to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. The Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" under California law; you can opt out by blocking the pixel through your browser or Meta ad settings, or by contacting us.
EU/UK visitors. Our legal bases for processing are consent (email signups, analytics and advertising cookies where required), legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site), and legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
8. Data Retention and Security
We keep email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google's and Meta's default settings. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our records. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on the Site.
