Paulina is a Weston, Florida native who never left: she grew up there, works at Hooters of Weston, and has now made three straight editions of the Official Hooters Calendar, 2025, 2026, and the brand-new 2027. When she's not on shift she's building out a third-grade classroom, sewing her own clothes, and ordering a marshmallow dunkalatte. We caught up with Paulina to talk sisterhood, sunrise call times, and the one shoot-day moment that meant the most.

Favorite part of being a Hooters Girl?

Working at Hooters brought me far more than just a job, it gave me a lifelong community. The absolute best part of the experience was the deep, genuine friendships I built with my coworkers, turning work teammates into my absolute best friends.

Favorite part of being a Hooters Calendar Girl?

Being selected for the Hooters Calendar was such a rewarding highlight of the experience. My favorite part was the incredible boost in confidence and the pride that came with representing the brand on a whole new level.

It opened up so many fun opportunities to travel, participate in signing events, and connect with fans from all over. Even better was sharing that special milestone alongside an amazing group of supportive girls, celebrating each other's success, and creating unforgettable memories together throughout the whole process.

Best memory from the calendar shoot?

Hands-down the incredible warmth, fun, and connection behind the scenes. Visiting the local elementary school to bring toys to the kids was easily the most heart-warming moment of the entire trip. Seeing their faces light up brought so much purpose to the experience and made everything feel deeply meaningful.

Beyond the shoot itself, the dynamic off-camera made every single day special. Working alongside such a hilarious, talented, and supportive camera crew made long shoot hours feel like hanging out with good friends. Rounding out every evening eating dinner together on the boat, unwinding over great food, laughing about the day's highlights, and soaking in the water views, tied the whole experience together into memories that will stick around forever.

What's one thing about a calendar shoot people would be surprised by?

Most people assume a calendar shoot is non-stop posing in front of a camera, but the real magic, and the biggest surprise, is everything that happens when the camera stops rolling. A typical shoot day starts hours before sunrise for hair, makeup, and location timing, and it takes serious energy, focus, and teamwork from everyone involved.

Also, most people would be surprised by the amount of food the girls can eat once we're done shooting!

The photographers, makeup artists, and production team are your biggest cheerleaders. Trust their direction, communicate what feels comfortable, and treat them like teammates. And cheer each other on during the shoot. A supportive, hype-up energy on set makes everyone feel confident and translates directly into better photos. Paulina's advice for future calendar girls

Her other tip: take plenty of behind-the-scenes videos, candid photos, and notes. The trip flies by.
